Shipping prices and return policy
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days after the order was submitted.
Expected delivery times are:
Denmark: 1-3 working days
Within Europe: 2-4 working days
Rest of the world: 3-6 working days
*We offer free delivery in Denmark when purchasing for more than DKK 499. Below DKK 499, the freight cost for delivery in Denmark is DKK 39.
Freight costs for deliveries to other European countries + Norway can be found in the below shown table. The freight cost is paid upon check out. You are welcome to send us an email on contact@theirstory.dk, if you would like products delivered to other countries than the ones included in the below shown table.
Shipping fee is calculated and paid for upon check out.
Orders to Non-European countries are subject to taxes, import and duty fees. Their Story is not responsible for any charges that might arise regarding your order. Orders are registered under their real content and value for customs purposes.
Handmade with Natural Materials
Their Story’s products are handmade. Therefore, slight variations in size or design should be expected. Our products are made of natural materials, which includes wool, cotton, and bamboo. The nature of these materials means that the products require special attention when washing and drying. Please make sure to follow the washing instructions to prevent damage.
Return policy – 30 days
As customer at Their Story you have the right to return products purchased at www.theirstory.dk and get full refund within 30 days from the date of the order submission. The lead time for returns will be extended to the next working day, if the returning deadline is on a Saturday or a national holiday. The latest receipt date will be valid, if you have received several products from the same order in split deliveries on different days.
We kindly ask you to contact us via our email address contact@theirstory.dk with your personal details and a short description of why you would like to return the product. Please note that the product must be unused to get a full refund.
Products must be packed in a safe manner, securing the product’s quality during shipment. Their Story will not cover any costs related to shipment for returning products.
